PUERTO SECO in ANTEQUERA, the first XXL positive energy park currently being improved and developed in the South of Spain, is positioned as the future dry port for Andalusia, close to Algeciras, Malaga and Cadiz.

Since ground was broken a few months ago, the park has seen its first development phase finalised with creation of the various main roads, a railway terminal, an electric power substation, a water treatment plant, and the various water supply and mains drainage networks. At the same time, an initial project has been launched: DRY LOGISTIC 40, a logistics project covering 42,000 m², divisible in two separate areas, in compliance with the highest European standards and aimed at BREEAM Excellent Level certification.

HORIZON PARK, the first park developed by IDEC GROUP ASIA Vietnam in Bac Ninh, a province located 35 km from the capital of the country, provides strong arguments for industrialists and logisticians seeking a top-quality location.

Developed on 12 hectares of land, the park has been imagined around several multiple-temperature platforms and industrial buildings that will in due course provide 70,000 m² ready for exploitation; the foundation stone was laid last December. In detail, 26 storage units, each covering about 2,500 m², will feature a category A European equivalent logistics standard, a ground load of 5 tonnes per m², clear heights of almost 11 metres and all the equipment necessary for operation, sale or rental.

As a complement to development of the parks in Bac Ninh and PUERTO SECO in ANTEQUERA, the GROUPE IDEC INTERNATIONAL teams are accompanying several widely-known industrial players in execution of property development projects.

Several operations are currently at the design stage for IDEC GROUP ASIA Vietnam, covering industrial sites in the pharmaceutical and agro-food fields, together with other types of industrial projects. In due course, these operations will represent considerable potential activity levels for the group on an international scale
