GROUPE IDEC mobilises its development and promotion subsidiaries to propose property to its customers that features all the infrastructures and connections necessary to set up big industrial production units. Via its available surface area, the property also has to meet the ambitions of such large-scale projects.

Over 24 years, GROUPE IDEC, via its subsidiary GROUPE IDEC INVEST Real Estate, has helped to finance more than 1.5 billion Euros for real estate projects on behalf of its customers. In logistics or services, the accompaniment also reflects the company’s determination to work alongside the industrial players by financing or co-financing their future production units.
Over the last few years, the work to back installation of innovative industrial facilities has been highlighted by fine success stories involving companies in the fields of energy transition, green mobility or innovative technologies, such as VERKOR, ALEDIA, or AVENTECH, three customers accompanied by financing or co-financing for their industrial tools.
An Engineering Division at the service of large-scale industrial projects
As a complement to its historic areas of expertise, in particular logistics, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, agro-food, high technologies, the Engineering Division of GROUPE IDEC was structured to accompany its customers in execution of large-scale industrial projects, and gigafactories in particular.
With a Major Projects unit and dedicated teams, the group is organised to respond to its customers’ most ambitious requests, whatever the size and technicality of the operations carried out. Capitalising on the staff of more than 450 at the Engineering Division, and the complementary GROUPE IDEC activities, the unit is able to deal with all its customers’ economic, environmental, industrial and productivity issues.
Process engineering, a new added skill
Intervening in the industrial sector with several of its Engineering subsidiaries, and in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, agro-food, or high technologies in particular, GROUPE IDEC has gone to fresh strengths by integrating a key new set of skills: process engineering.
This accompaniment is aimed at integrating the design work, building/process interfaces and installation of their future production resources in the offer put forward to the group’s industrial customers, as a complement to design and construction of their installations. With this approach, GROUPE IDEC has further enhanced its determination to accompany its customers throughout the full value chain of their industrial projects.
