Virtuous integration
With well-thought-out landscaping, green roofs, insect hotels, beehives, nesting boxes and a natural lake, its teams have applied landscapes that are typical of the local area. Thus the entire CAMPUS will be granted the BiodiverCity® label.
A committed approach to CSR
This project is part of a CSR approach that stresses its employees’ quality of life at work. Exchanges, conviviality, sharing, sport and health programme provide an attractive framework with several infrastructures on site.
Positive energy buildings
In order to reduce its energy footprint, the CAMPUS relies on photovoltaic installations and a geothermal district heating loop. All these installations will be run by an energy management system.

FAUBOURG AMENAGEMENT and FAUBOURG PROMOTION invested in development of the project and its various phases, GROUPE IDEC INVEST took care of the finance for the operation, IDEC ENERGY worked on the energy aspect, while IDEC and IDEC SANTÉ were responsible for its design and construction.
